Reservations

The Birchrunville Store Cafe serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday evenings.

Reservations are required for dining and can be made by calling 610.827.9002, some one will return your call as soon as possible. If you have called and left a message and not received a return call within a few days, please call again, sometimes messages are hard to hear or numbers are written wrong.

On Wednesday and Thursday we offer the following seating times: 6:00, 6:30, 7:30, 8:00 and 8:30. Friday and Saturday seating times are: 6:00, 6:30, 8:00, and 8:30. Please note that for the earlier seatings, dining time is limited to 2 hours. If you are running late, we ask that you please call the restaurant to let us know.

Dress can be described as "smart casual".

Please take note of our reservation policy:

• Reservations for the dining room and patio are available four months in advance of the desired date.

• We eagerly anticipate welcoming guests back to our patio when the weather permits.

• Our establishment is closed from Sunday to Tuesday. We welcome reservations from Wednesday to Saturday evenings, offering four seating times each night: 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM, 8:00 PM, and 8:30 PM. The patio seating begins at 7:00 PM.

• For a smoother booking experience, we recommend saving your credit card information in Resy, as third-party bookings will not be accepted.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation without prior notification, we will need to cancel it. Guests with reservations at 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM will have a two-hour timeframe for dinner.

• We offer a tasting menu available by request exclusively on Wednesday and Thursday. If you are interested, please contact us directly at 610 827 9002 or text 484 222 5216

• Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve reservation. We are offering a special prix fixe menu. Please contact us directly for reservation.

• We can accommodate dietary restrictions if informed in advance.

Please let us know of any dietary needs when making your reservation.

However, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate vegan requests, but we are happy to cater to vegetarian options.

Parking is available behind the restaurant and across the street at Butterscotch pastry shop.
