Reservations

The Birchrunville Store Cafe serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday evenings.

Reservations are required for dining and can be made by calling 610.827.9002, some one will return your call as soon as possible. If you have called and left a message and not received a return call within a few days, please call again, sometimes messages are hard to hear or numbers are written wrong.

On Wednesday and Thursday we offer the following seating times: 6:00, 6:30, 7:30, 8:00 and 8:30. Friday and Saturday seating times are: 6:00, 6:30, 8:00, and 8:30. Please note that for the earlier seatings, dining time is limited to 2 hours. If you are running late, we ask that you please call the restaurant to let us know.

Dress can be described as "smart casual".

Please allow for 3-4 months for a Saturday reservation and 2 months for a Friday reservation.
Unfortunately, due to the size of our restaurant, we cannot accept reservations for parties larger than six. Please note that we have room for only one large party per seating.
To book this table, we require a $100 deposit ahead of time. The deposit must be mailed to us in the form of a check made out to: Birchrunville Store Café. Please write the name, date and time of the reservation on the memo line of the check. This deposit will be applied to the bill when you dine with us. It can be refunded with 72 hours cancellation notice.
